Blogging Break

I know I don't spend as much time on the family blog as I should to update family and friends with the day to day hustle and bustle of life and so to take a break from this blog would just be normal. You aren't used to more then 1 post a week if your lucky. I hope to start updating you more if time allows when I return from a small break. Since I decided to do a blogging break on my Mommy Buzz blog and will also do the same here.  I will have some exciting things to share with you when I return and look forward to catching up with you next week.
Here is the post I wrote to my Mommy Buzz readers....

I have decided that I am going to take a computer break this week. Well-- I mean blogging break--I will still check facebook, e-mails, and be available by phone. Which by the way--This past weekend I had a virus on my computer/e-mail and it sent it to everyone on my contact list. I was SO frustrated that words could not describe how I felt. But I did get it fixed-- I HOPE--It seems to be fixed for now but if something changes then I will have to change my e-mail address but I will keep you updated on that.

Ok-- So that was my little tangent but now back to what I was saying.

I sometimes spend WAY to much time blogging-- well maybe not as much as some people-- I guess...... but more then I should sometimes. I can't help it! I LOVE blogging. But I have lots planned for this week and upcoming weekend and there is NO WAY I could do it all and blog. I promise I will be back refreshed and have some NEW things to share. So stay tuned for that...

And Remember.....
Have a few good days - and take some time away from the computer yourself! I bet we would all be surprised by how much extra time in the day there is when we don't spend so much on the computer! :-)

We have a climber

A Previous post from Mommy Buzz this week. Just in case you were wondering why I post on both sometimes--it is so family can see the pictures.

So I am back, up and running. I have been able to catch up on some sleep (well somewhat since the boys have been sleeping late) from the nights that both my boys didn't sleep this past weekend. I am thankful they are feeling better and that we are back to our normal routine.
We enjoyed yesterday playing and cleaning but as I was busy scurrying around I realized I didn't know where my little one was.
Guess where I found my little stinker?
Yup..On the table.
Look at his smile. He thinks he is big stuff.
Should I say, Dare Devil....
Let's just say-- I am glad I found him.  Needless to say--I didn't take my eyes off him after that.
Also I had to use my phone to take the pictures so I must apologize for the lack of photography skills on these. At least I captured the moment and can document that he really did climb the kitchen table.
Do any of you have children who do this? Let me know that I'm not the only one with a dare devil, who might I add is--fearless.

Something Cute!

(A post from Mommy Buzz )
Something Cute to leave you with for the weekend......
Ok, So I am not one who lets my kids run around without clothes (most of the time) but today I had one who escaped from being dressed and cuttled on the chair with his brother. What can I say? They are too CUTE!
p.s. I have no idea what they were looking at, they just both happened to look in that direction at the same time.

Easter

I just realized how far behind I am in updating everyone with what's been going on in our life. Please forgive me! I know those of you who live far away will enjoy seeing updated pictures.
If you were able to read Monday's post then you will know what we were up to this past weekend. All our others weekends have been filled with showers, parties, or gatherings for church. Oh and Easter, which I was only able to get a few pictures from but some is better then none, right?  Other then that--we are spending more time outside trying to enjoy the weather before it gets so overwhelming hot.

Gus has been busy with jobs and bids lately, which is a good thing and has been working around the house and yard on small projects. As some of you know we have our house for sale. It has been something we are in constant prayer over due to not knowing where the Lord is going to put us this year. I know the Lord will have it all work out perfectly for his plan and we must continue to be patient and wait on Him. We have been told that we may move to Savannah but "when?" is the big question for us. So please pray for us and all the decisions that need to be made.

Ethan is doing great, he has been working on writing, reading, and spelling. Although he is a ways off from reading books, he can write his ABC's, spell his name, and spell words. I am so proud of him! He LOVES dinosaurs, playing outside, cooking with me, loving on his brother ---although sometimes he will aggravate the stew out of Tucker. We pray that he will one day come to know the Lord as his Saviour. He has been asking alot of questions about God and His love for us. He is sometimes so sensitive about it that he cries and says, "God loves me so much." It is precious to us to see and hear how much he loves the Lord.

Tucker is a ham. He is full of laughs, energy, mischief, and everything in between. He does have a strong will so training him is/ will be a challenge.Tucker loves to be outside, enjoys playing with balls, likes to take long walks, and as of now is only saying, "mama" and "dada." He doesn't even need to talk b/c he has his big brother to talk for him. :-) Ethan will tell you everything....Tucker can do sign language for 'please' and we are working on a few others. I think he is doing great, after all --he is only 14 months.

Enjoy these few pictures from Easter Sunday.

 Ethan 4, Tucker 14 months
All these were taken at Gus' grandparents house. We ended up over there at the last minute sorta to visit with them since we hadn't seen them in a while.

Ok, so getting my boys to both look at the camera is impossible. These are the pictures we took but never once was everyone looking.

Also check out the previous post called Ethan's Party/ Easter Hunt! It has tons of pictures.

Ethan's Party/ Easter Hunt

This particular weekend we celebrated Ethan's Birthday and did a "Dinosaur Egg Hunt" all in one. Even though all the kids new it was an Easter egg hunt, Ethan called it a Dinosaur egg hunt. As you can see by his cake it was Dinosaur themed!
Note: There are alot of pictures--couldn't just pick a few--! Ha
Down by the water and playing with balls!
