Here it Goes

Alright this is the first time I have done a blog (Krysten has done this several times, but this is my first)… My friend said it is therapeutic. We’ll see!!!

God is so good to me. He has blessed me far beyond my dreams. Apart from Him we are nothing. I am trying to be a blessing to all I come in contact with. It is extremely hard sometimes when this world loves to see you fail and fall flat on your face. But we have to remember that this world is not our home. We are going to a place far better than this.

Trip to Tennesee

I know it has been a while since I have written but here are some updates of what we have been up too.... Ethan and I just got back from a 7 day trip to Collierville, TN. Which is about 20 minutes outside of Memphis....Shannon, me, and Ethan flew up there on Saturday the 6th and came back on the 13th of October. We went up there to visit with Gus' Aunt Donna and her husband Frank. We enjoyed the trip very much and loved the food, the restaurants, the Zoo, Shopping, the collierville town square, the dog show that we went to, and the tour of Memphis City....well it was all nice but those were a few of the things we did while we were up there. Now I would love to say that Ethan was wonderful the whole time but that would not be the truth,unfortunately... This was the first time that I had ever seen Ethan act up as much as he did. We really don't know why he acted the way he did but it was certainly a challenge, now there were times that he was very good, so that was nice and it helped me enjoy things more!!!
So now we are back and into the swing of things again. We are looking forward to the upcoming events and Holiday's!!!! My Dad's birthday is on the 30th of this month and then my sister Brittany and my Mom's birthday is at the end of November... So we will have alot going on before Thanksgiving....
